2. Intra-City Delivery (Within Kolkata):
   - Intra-city delivery charges (within Kolkata) will be based on actual rates from service providers like Uber, Swiggy Genie, etc.

3. Out-of-City Delivery:
   - Shipping costs for orders outside Kolkata will be determined by weight, size, and destination.
   - We will notify you of the shipping cost before dispatching your order and provide tracking information.

4. Delivery Address:
   - Ensure accurate delivery information during checkout.
   - House of Trisha is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
